Transfer a Domain Name to Another Registrar
- Log into your BannerView.com client account by going to www.bannerview.com and click the Login link in the top navigation.
- On the main Account Dashboard, click the Manage Domains icon.
- If you currently don't have any domains registered with us, you'll be taken directly to a form that lets you search for a new domain.
- If you already have domains registered with us, you'll see a list of your current domains. In the row across from your domain, click Manage. On this page you'll see the current lock status of the domain. In order to transfer the domain, you'll need to first unlock the domain.
- Next, submit a support ticket requesting an AUTH code. You can submit a support ticket from the main dashboard from within your BannerView.com account. You'll provide the AUTH to the new domain registration company. If your domain has private registration enabled, you'll receive the AUTH code via our response to your support ticket. If not, the AUTH code will be sent directly to the registrant listed on file.
- Provide your new registration company with the AUTH code we provide you in response to your support ticket.
NOTE: Do not make any changes to the contact information on the domain prior to initiating the AUTH code request or the domain will be locked from transfer for 60 days. This includes activating or deactivating private registration.
