Download Website Backup

1. Log in to your BannerView.com client account.
2. Click the See All Options icon.
3. If you have more than one hosting plan, choose the appropriate plan from the Select Plan dropdown menu.
4. Click the Download Backup icon.
5. Click the Request New Backup link.
6. Enter your email address. You will receive notification when your backup is ready for download.

The compressed backup file will contain all website files as well as a backup of the database. You will need to extract the files using a zip/unzip program such as PeaZip on Windows or Archive Utility on Mac.
