December 9, 2005 - Las Vegas - Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises announced it has entered into an agreement to sell its rights to revenues and technical control of the NextShooter.com Web site to Michael Bluejay, Inc. which operates the GamblingAds.com Web site. The sale is expected to close on January 2, 2006.
NextShooter.com provides a unique view of the game of Craps as seen from "The House" and "Dealer" side of the table. "The Bone Man," a craps dealer on the World Famous Strip remains the main contributor and developer of the site's content. NextShooter.com had been part of the CHE Network of Web sites since March 2002.
"This sale gives us the opportunity to focus more resources on our E-Business Solutions brand, BannerView.com, as well as other sites within the CHE Network such as YardSaleNet.net and RITRO.com," commented Mark Cenicola, President & CEO of Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises.
