December 4, 2001 - Las Vegas - Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises has taken a thirty percent ownership stake in Port Cyber, Inc. The investment, which closed on December 1, 2001, includes an expansion of the companies' current partnership agreement and calls for Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises to continue its tenure at Port Cyber Technical Center through the end of 2003. The two companies are cooperating on a new online venture called VegasUNITY.com which will be a locally focused portal aimed at uniting the Las Vegas community and its surrounding areas.
Port Cyber, Inc., operates Port Cyber Technical Center, a unique office complex located on the lake with a large dock for holding business functions and mixers. Port Cyber is also well known for Tech Tuesdays, Southern Nevada's premier technology networking venue.
