Las Vegas, NV, April 25, 2011 - BannerView.com has announced that retail marketing and sales executive, Pamela Joy Ring, has been appointed as the company's Chief Marketing Officer and joins the company's board of directors as part of a new funding round led by Ring. Ring brings over 30 years of retail marketing and sales experience to BannerView.com, most notably from the specialty retailer, Gallery of History, Inc., which she co-founded, served as EVP and acting COO and took public on the NASDAQ. Most recently, Ring was president of her own consulting firm, The Ring Retail Advisory, LLC. Simultaneously, she served as president of the Nevada chapter of the Turnaround Management Association from 2008 to 2010 and is still an active member of the board. Ring holds a BS in Economics with a Major in Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and received her MBA in Finance from New York University. In her role as Chief Marketing Officer, Ring will be responsible for designing and implementing the company's marketing expansion plan. Her focus will be on building partnerships that will serve as the distribution channel for the company's flagship product, BannerOSTM website management platform. In her role as a member of the board of directors, Ring will help further develop the company's strategic plan of expansion, acquisition and future funding opportunities under the direction of the company's Chairman, Mark A.
